HIS was built to solve a problem Owen kept encountering in the industry: the gap between what clients are promised and what actually gets delivered. Unreliable subcontractors, inconsistent quality, and a lack of real accountability on-site. Heavey Install Solutions exists to close that gap.

 

We specialise in a focused range of installation services,  acoustic systems including PET panels, fabric-wrapped panels, ceiling baffles and rafts; wall and glass graphics and manifestations; and expo and events installation. We also work with clients to transition temporary event or creative assets into permanent, built-in installations, bridging the gap between a live event and a lasting branded environment.

 

Every project is handled with the same standard through our C.O.R.E. system.

How We Work: The C.O.R.E. Methodology™

This is where we differ from the average install crew. Every project runs through four stages:

 

• Capture — We review drawings, specs, and site conditions before a drill goes near the wall. Substrate, fixings, access,  all confirmed upfront.

• Operate — Precision installation by an experienced team. On time. No guesswork.

​​

• Resolve — If the substrate isn't what the drawings said, or the materials arrive short, we adapt and communicate. We don't stall a job waiting for someone else to make a decision

​

• Evidence — Photo and or video walkthroughs of the completed install. A clear record for you and your client.
